1. Identifying Areas of High Need
We focus on communities where teenage mothers face economic hardship, social stigma, and limited opportunities. By identifying areas where our programs can make the greatest difference, we ensure that our efforts lead to tangible, lasting change.
2. Home Visits & Personalized Support
We visit teenage mothers in their homes to understand their first-hand experiences and assess their economic well-being. These visits allow us to: Listen to their challenges and dreams. Identify the support they need—whether skills training, counseling, or financial empowerment. Arrange counseling for those facing emotional distress or stigma.
3. Induction & Hands-On Experience
For girls interested in our programs, we arrange visits to our partner training centers for a practical induction process, which includes: Hearing from graduates who share their success stories and life after training. Hands-on practice in core skills like computer typing, Microsoft Word, and basic tailoring techniques. Exploring options and choosing the training pathway that fits their future goals.
4. Building Confidence & Planning for the Future
Through practical exposure and mentorship, the girls gain: Confidence to pursue their ambitions. Clarity to decide which training—computer skills, tailoring, baking, hairdressing, or craft-making—best aligns with their future goals.
5. Journey to Economic Independence
Once a girl starts her training, she embarks on a journey toward self-sufficiency. With each skill learned, she moves closer to: Starting her own business or finding employment. Achieving economic independence and breaking the cycle of poverty. Restoring her dignity and securing a brighter future for herself and her child.
